Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times for custom or large-scale industrial orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
BTOBMachine facilitates shipping through our integrated logistics partners, BTOBLogistic and BTOBFulfillment, to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times vary based on the item's origin, your destination, and the selected shipping method.
- International Shipping: As a global platform, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress via your account dashboard.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. BTOBMachine has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your BTOBMachine account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section.
- Select the order you wish to return and click the 'Request Return' button.
- Fill out the required information, including the reason for the return.
- Our team will review the request and, if accepted, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
