Welcome to BTOBMachine. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BTOBMachine website (the “Site”) and the services offered. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are expressly requested to immediately stop using the Site.

2. THE MARKETPLACE

BTOBMachine is an online marketplace connecting buyers with third-party sellers (“Suppliers”) of industrial and consumer machines. BTOBMachine is not the official seller of Suppliers’ products. We act only as a platform facilitating transactions, with access to the BTOBSupply ecosystem for logistics and delivery services. The sales contract is established directly between the buyer and the Supplier.

3. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account on the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for any use of your account. We reserve the right to modify or delete any username deemed inappropriate, obscene, or offensive at our sole discretion.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept several payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making purchases. Sales tax may be added where required. All payments must be made in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site and all its original content, features, and elements are the property of BTOBMachine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Site for any purposes other than those for which it is designed. Any automated use of the Site, such as scripts, bots, or data scraping, is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, as well as your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BTOBMachine and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to the use of the Site or the purchase of products through it.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain valid as long as you use the Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to refuse access to the Site to anyone for any reason.
